Simple phase shifter.  You can shift phase, both lead or lag, with a pot
and capacitor in parallel (not series) to ground similar to a voltage
divider.  The shifter output is from the junction between the pot and cap.
To change shift from lead to lag put the pot above versus below the cap.
Of course, the pot makes phase completely variable.
