Original poster: sean <sean-at-nc.rr-dot-com> It's easy to adjust the bucket capacitor. With 12 bottles, you don't have to put wires in all of them. The others can just be used as spacers to keep the bottles being used from tipping. In my bucket capacitor each bottle is .00068uF or about 2/3 nF.
