I'd buy one. You should make it for homebuilt flybacks, though, since the
old TV kind are sort of rare and there are so many different kinds.

Having an on/off switch off the board, a fuse off the board (in standard
fuseholder), and perhaps an off-board power on indicator light would be
good.
