On 120 VAC with mosfet switching 70 runs of #16 AWG on primary.

4,200 turns of #42 on secondary (certain to try your patience).

With 12-24 VDC xsistor switching a 14 turn primary center tapped and a 4
turn tickler coil center tapped with work good.

If a narrow window just immerse it in oil.  Wide window is required for air
operation above 7 kV.
