         Sort ot.
         Its still a transformer, albeit with 'unusual'
         turns ration.  Current will depend, to some extent,
         on the resistor applied.  (It _expects_ the
         relatively low 'resistance' of 5A meter movement.

         One 'trick' is to use a resistor such that the
         voltmeter (??) to be used reads 'direct' (or with
         decimal shift.) in amps on the sense line.
