Hi Steve,

I have a DC SMPS charging the primary capacitor and some logic
synchronizing the charge with the electrode position. I just didn't
design this logic to allow for a charge cycle every second electrode
presentation. If I had, I could halve the BPS without touching the RSG
disk electrode set or its rotation speed.
