Would you mind terribly supplying some further info. such as:
1.  Product name (3M part number if you know it).
2.  A likely retail outlet for the product in small quantities.

3M manufactures copper tape that has a conductive adhesive.  The tape
comes
in various widths.  I use it all the time for RF shielding purposes.
