I have the same problem!!!!!!! I haven't solved it, although I have tried
several things. The only thing that has stopped it, although is by no means
a permanent solution is wedging the relief valve part way open to keep
presssure from building up. I have concerns about moisture getting in
though. I even removed the insulator and packed it with silicone. No Luck.
I drained enough oil out to be below insulator level. That didn't help. the
wires are covered in a woven insulation, and it's wicking up through it. Oh
well. If anyone DOES have a solution, please pass it on!
