As long as the phasing is correct, you can stack quite a few of them.
However, if you are stacking a large number of them, its better to run them
off 240VAC as if you were running 120VAC for the full stack
the current can get quite high.  To run off 240VAC, you will need an even
number of them.  Simple wire the outputs all in parallel (watch for proper
phasing), and then series each pair of NSTs inputs together and run off
240VAC.  That will give you about 120VAC per NST for each series'd pair.
Again, watch proper phasing.
