Kreso,

It helps only in the sense that it tells us that your coil was able
to benefit from such optimization. We could perhaps make an
intuitive leap and suggest that further optimization may be possible.
Such a leap is made with some uncertainty.

If one wishes to get others' opinions about the setup and adjustment
status of one's coil, it is traditional (and sensible as well) to post all
the parameters in some form, either on this list or at a website.
Surely those who work often with the tuning programs may offer
suggestions about the tune point, and those who have built similar
coils will be able to comment on the spacings, cap values, etc.
Those with general tube coil knowledge will perhaps offer an opinion.
Often the sum of such comments proves useful. There may sometimes
be a feeling of satisfaction in launching one's coil's specifications out
into the wonderland of the internet. Comments about the construction
of the tube (sheet metal or graphite plate, triode, tetrode, etc) are
helpful. Comments about the redness of the plate during operation
(if it is red) are helpful. Comments about the particular sound of
the coil; steady, raspy, loud, hissing, whooping, etc are helpful and
interesting to the readers. Comments about the appearance of the
sparks is helpful; fuzzy, crazed, straight, swordlike, spiky, etc.
I remember you said they are not swordlike. One should be a
careful observer in this sense.
