As far as power processing goes,you have 2x the voltage swing,
therefore for a given load resistance, 4x the power over a half-
bridge. The rectifiers should have twice the current rating although
this depends somewhat on the amount of filter capacitance you are
running and the filter capacitance depends on the amount of ripple
you can tolerate under full load conditions.
