Original poster: eric <hydrogen18-at-hydrogen18-dot-com> i ebayed 5x 30 uf capacitors for 370 vac rated as run caps. do these need to be electrically close to the MOTs or can i just wire them up permanently to work as PFC for the whole shop, will this diminish the effect they have on correctign the MOTs? also can i connect them across the 240 vac line?
