Ed, Steve,

I'm curious where you're getting these voltages. I have listings for AC
transmission lines of 34.5,69,115,138,161,230,345,500 and 765 KV and
+/-400KV DC but no mention in any of my reference books of 275 or 400
KVAC transmission line voltages.
