Roofing suppliers?
People doing acoustic isolation (it's hung inside the wall to kill sound
transmission)
McMaster-Carr carries it.
Look under "metals" in the yellow pages.

Transformer oil..
Look in the yellow pages under "oil-jobbers" and start calling around.
Shell Diala or Esso(ExxonMobil) Univolt are two of the big brand names.
Typically about $5/gallon in a 5 gallon pail.

Feed stores carry USP mineral oil by the gallon as an animal laxative.
However, it won't be nice and dry like the real thing.
