Hi Antonio,

I think it is ok. The program is just picking up the maximum peaks (absolute value) during the whole cycle. They do not occur at the same time. I pulled the waveforms:

VCsecondary has a big negative peak right at it's first cycle (~7uS). VCtertiaty as its high positive peak about 50uS later.

VCsecondary Maximum = -666412.937018
VCtertiary Maximum = 659595.636869
