    Er, do you mean "magnetic" (or "thermal-magnetic") circuit
breaker?
    Don't forget to spec a trip class...

    Or do "hydraulic" circuit breakers exist??

"Hydraulic" circuit breakers use a number of methods, viscous damping
or pneumatic dashpots, probably others too, to add a time delay to
the tripping process so that inrush to inductive loads does not trip
the breaker.
