RE: ScanTesla V7.61

Original poster: Vardan <vardan01@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi,

There are a few bugs in the automatic streamer function in V7.61 :-p The search function might not work well and the number might go super high in some cases... I am working on V7.62 :-) The new version will also search for the longest streamer too. Might be updated tomorrow but I want to test it some more this time...

Dave - X and D are in inches and the constant 6 is in inches/pico-Farad. So it could be written:

Cload(pF) = (X(inches) - D(inches)) / 6(Inches/pF)

Of course, the equation is empirical.

Cheers,

        Terry

Is that a valid formula? If you divide length by capacitance,
the result is no longer in units of capacitance.
