if you mean "more efficiently" by saying "working even better", then
it just can`t be at this way - no matter what were your (or whatewer
doctor on this planet : D) experience : )
safer - yes, but losses at 9.5% must be higher, if they were higher at
18% then it simply means that your coil (and all coils of whatewer
doctor on this planet : D) is just not optimised for this k, and you
still have work to do.
of coz you may just reduce k and jam more power into it - this is the
simpliest and the quickiest solution, but it`s not fun at all and good
only for museum perhaps - not for the record certainly : D

so probably your ol' good B&W can kick much more a##es than you even
could think of % )
