I found it accidentally while searching images.google.com for "tesla,"
while looking for that "war of the future" drawing that was part of one of
Tesla's later articles.

Perhaps there was so little publicity because it was foreign, not USA (a
Canadian project apparently.)    I guess there aren't many people from
Tesla Memorial Society on pupman?
