Matt,

The problem is that to educate the public will take a very long time. The
last few decades proved to be fruitful for this type of nonsense, and with
the internet people are only taken advantage of quicker and on a larger
scale. There are dozens of books of propaganda on these sorts of devices
too, and they are often best-sellers no less, all written by a close knitted
group of quack friends that help to propagate claims and aid in each others
"fortunes without consequences" many times. There are consequences though,
people pay the price with both their health and pocket, while these sellers
can simply ignore emails and somehow continue on.

I can't mention how many emails I've received from people who were diagnosed
early with cancer only to fall into one of the traps of believeing in this
"technology". Its heartbreaking and disgusting, and one reason my wife and
I travel around trying to educate people about the devices. But the
education process takes a while, espescially rewriting history to include
things forgotten or misplaced. But if you think about it, the name Tesla is
slowly becoming known.

In the past (1930s-40s) instead of the FDA educating people about the
quackery aspects of devices, they simply tried to remove them and pretend
they didn't exist, hoping they would go away. This led to mass confusion
over the decades. People who tried various devices with success could not
understand why they would be banned, and those that tried to heal the
impossible wondered how they could be marketed in the first place.

The Tesla scene will continue to contain a lot of loonies as long as "Tesla"
conferences and books promote talks about alien abductions, free energy, and
pseudo-alternative medicine. To a certain extent we're outnumbered 100 to
1, but eventually the real truth will be known.

We've showed up to conferences with a lot of fringe medicine and
demonstrated some of the authentic machines to put things into perspective.
I can tell you that does a world of good for the audience, because it makes
the nonsense really look like nonsense. It also makes a lot of enemies, and
a lot of controversy that people have avoided at all costs previously. But
to me, the truth is more valuable. The work of legitimate physicians,
radiologists, and inventors is at stake. Its valuable history on both
sides... and when put into perspective its also highly entertaining. I
believe in sharing the stories of the quacks too, the difference though is
telling the whole story and not neglecting the important issues often
purposely left out.
