Have a look at this ebay auction: 220076443952
It is the second coil I have seen. like this.
Looks like a push pull configuration. Interesting in that it is a 
French (?) coil with US tubes.
From the tubes, it is 30's vintage and about 100 W max and more 
likely in the 50 W range.

Hard to tell from the pix as to the wiring diagram.
