John Freau actually achieved 38" sparks with him potential transformer
driven VTTC with 3 833A's on a 60A circuit. As far as I know, this is the
record.

I did hit the 37" mark with my v7 coil but this was at an extremely low
pulse rate and popped the 20A breaker too much to be worthwhile.
