    At a guess, no one, and unownable.
    trademark/etc can be applied to _new_/invented terms, generally.
    Given 100 odd years of public use, likely too late for
    anyone to claim Tesla Coil.

    T*ser, as an invented term, is a different case.

    Of course, i am not a lawyer, nor do i play one on the
    net...
