Hi Godfrey,

The price for a "brand new in the box" unit from
RF Parts (rfparts.com) is also $99.95, but the
$34.95 for shipping sounds rediculous! Also,
this one has the long tubulation protrusion from
the bottom of the tube. The ones that  I have
have a short (<1") tubulation that dosen't stick
out as far as the filament pins. BTW, does any-
one know why some 833s have that long tubu-
lation where the vacuum was drawn from during
the manufactureing process? To me, this feature
looks like "an accident waiting to happen" as it
appers that it would be all too easy to break.
