Re: [TCML] spark gap construction - using PPE polypropylene

Table saw is fine.
Just use a blade for plastic, 80T - 100T depending on the blade diameter, and check the rake angle.
Count your fingers when finished.

Hello,

I am now constructing the Terry Filter and the spark gap, using chopping
board made from PPE (polypropylene). Has anyone got recommendation for
cutting it? I have a big table saw but it may not be suitable as it is
design "for ligneous material" aka wood and chipboard. Also I am quite
clumsy (and broke a finger recently) so hand sawing is likely to give a
very botched job.

Many thanks

Thomas
