Hi, Mr Glow, that is a tuff question, but i will try to give it a shot.  in
a vacuum and i dont really know how hard or if its back flowed with any gas.
if it is then gas particles, otherwise i think it is basically a surface
charge on the two electrodes....
somebody must have a great answer...brian f.
