RE: [TCML] TC Newbie



I've not personally seen an NST marked that way.  I'm guessing that it is a 15kV NST, with the secondary midpoint tied to the case as is typical.  Usually they are marked "midpoint grounded".  So 15kV from hot lead to hot lead, 7.5kV from each hot lead to the case.
