Yes, there is an hvlist on pupman.com as well.  It's traffic level is
somewhat low but it sticks to HV topics that don't fall under tesla coils.  

If you wish to subscribe, mail the word subscribe to hvlist-request.
Leave the subject blank or put in the word subscribe.

As you (all) have certainly noticed, some posts that are not strictly
tesla coils do get approved.  There are many aspects to coiling and it
boils down to judgement calls in many circumstances.
