HVFX were involved from the outset in this groundbreaking piece of 
documentary television.  As part of an exploration of the relative 
merits of the various methods of execution, we re-created a 
physiologically accurate judicial electrocution.

Presented by Michael Portillo, former secretary of state for defence, 
and produced by Optomen Television, one of the UK's leading independent 
production companies, this programme tackles a tough subject in a 
stimulating manner.  Enjoy.

I have to say that shooting this was an excellent reminder, if ever one 
was needed, of the dangers of working with high voltage.  And the smell 
took days to wash out of my hair...
