That's a honking big tube for a starter! Look at the filament power
alone - quite a hsky filament transformer needed. Aside from that and
any mechanical aspects the odds are the tubes are good, or at least
"good enough". If they are gassy or shorted or the filament is open
you're out of luck of course but other than that probably OK. Tubes are
rugged and will take a lot of abuse.
