Since the mains-resonant cap for a 7.5/60 @60Hz would be .02uF, you'd want more than that to be LTR.  Typically a value of between 1.5 & 2.0 times the mains-resonant value is used, I favor 2X, or ,04uF, if one could choose.  But given your choices, 30nF is the obvious choice.
