RE: [TCML] Capacitor encapsulent



If you reference the plastic dielectric data I included in a reply to this thread a few days ago, note that the dissipation factor for PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is MANY times higher than PP or PE, and is unsuitable for a TC cap dielectric for that reason.  Plus, I can't speak for Greg but I don't think my cuss word vocabulary is sufficient to deal with the persistent curling of the cut up sheets!
