RE: [TCML] DANGER Ground wire question

Hello
At a Teslathon last year another coiler had set up a large silvered ball as
a strike object. He then connected this ball down to my earth without me
realising. Later on I was working on my coil with my clothed leg resting on
the insulated earth cable, when he started his coil up.
I could then feel fairly noticeable shocks in my leg, so yes - you can get a
shock!

Regards
Phil

Subject: [TCML] DANGER Ground wire question

Is the ground wire and ground rod of a Tesla coil dangerous. If someone
were to touch it during coil operation that is? Sorry im a noob.
