RE: [TCML] party cup capacitors



I have to agree with Dave.  mmc caps first, rolled TCBOR caps second.

I never blew a rolled cap which replaced the blown commercial caps that I
had.  They are pretty cheap and very robust.  They are probably one of the
most cost effective capacitors available tothe TC hobbiest.
