I've used them at or above ratings for a 1 MHz transmitter.  They are 
excellent.  You would need to P-S a lot of them for a TC of any size.  
Very low power dissipation.  Polypropylene rocks.

If you (or anyone) could use a 0.025 uF (25 nF) pulse cap rated for 15 
kV ac, I have three for sale to a good home.  They work fine in my TC.
