RE: [TCML] microbrute DRSSTC

Hi Guys,
Apologies for troubling you but I have a question on HV NST'S, I would
appreciate any help or info you can give,
I am in Australia we have 240vac mains, I have a power supply I built
myself, it consists of a 240vac to 240vac isolation transformer then it goes
to a variable autotransformer (simular to your variac) then the outputs, I
can adjust the 240vac from 0 to 290vac, but the output neutral is now
isolated from ground earth, I use this to power 2 x 15kv NST'S @ 25ma each
Phased and the Output HV is in Parallel, the Centre Tap earth on the NST'S
goes to a ground stake in the ground, the HV output then goes to a Jacobs
Ladder about 1 metre high,, my question is because the Ground earth on the
line in supply to the NST'S is isolated from normal Ground earth Neutral
will this cause a problem safety wise ??
Sorry if I am troubling you
Best regards
Greg Cousen
