Thanks guys,
I looked into the Rigol scopes as you have suggested.
Price is good too, so I have taken your advice and ordered a DS1074z-s.
It is 70mhz 4channel with 25mhz signal generator on 2 channels.
Looking forward to being able to make reliable differential measurements after all these years.
