An explanation was posted a week or so ago.
Subject to correction, from memory:
some number if ISPs are getting 'grumpy' about
messages going multiple places. If desiring to
send to all: when sending to all. the 'reply/all'
function in most mailers works.
(I'm using it to send this....)
