Yea, it's about twice the cost per square inch.  Sam's club probably doesn't
sell it in 24" x 24" sheets either.  So when you are talking needing larger
pieces, that limits your options.  US Plasics cost is about mid way between
the two prices, but you have to be able to receive a larger sheet of it via
shipping.
