Sorry David I just saw your post.
I have used these caps for 40 years still have 10 of them left for future projects.
Please don't ever run them above 9000vac.
1st time your running them bring them up really slow on the variac.
I put a 400cfm computer fan on them and run two 60ma 9000vac xfmrs in parallel.
If you do parallel make sure the date codes are close.
I run max 1 minute and rest an cool for about 5 mins with no blow outs.
For my 4 inch x 20 inch secondary and 9 turns primary, I parallel 4 x .004 mfd each total value .016 mfd.
