Motor and foot pedal salvaged from an old electric sewing machine (free
junk), geared down and hooked up for two uses:

1. Very slow fixed rpm (5 rpm) used for drying varnished/sealed coil forms
prior to winding (and after if desired).

2. Higher speed variable (10rpm+) for winding the coil itself.
