TLA Dictionary?

Hi All! 
       For the sake of newbies (and re-newbies) is there a dictionary of 
commonly used TLAs? (three-letter acronyms). As my wife asked me the other 
day: 

"BTW, fmi, wtH is an LTR MMC? RSVP PDQ! "
