That's interesting.
The first big shock came when I checked US Plastics prices on the G-10 
phenolic sheets.
Can you suggest a source for the G-10 in a quantity a little less than 16 sq. 
ft?

The rest of the project is altogether simple sounding. I see a copper & 
phenol sandwich 
lightly clamped to a piece of lexan. Is the attachment of the leads critical 
in any way?

The 0.01- inch spacing seems too close?????
