That was an obious oversight from me... Right, the fan should have been
before the resistive ballast. I've also removed that ballast as I have an
almost completely matching PFC cap now. The resistive ballast was there
from earlier, to protect my triac from mis-firing and dying. But with PFC
and all (using a relay anyway now) even the triac or SSR should work now.
