It has nothing to do with destroying energy. The lit lamp is ample 
evidence of that. Clamping the meter over both wires shows no 
*nett* field i.e. - there is no imbalance between the current in each 
wire. One would hope not or some new law of physices would have 
to be invented if there wasn't a detectable leakage path in the circuit.
the reasult is a scaler wave.
I cannot agree with that conclusion at all - especially when it is 
claimed that it cannot be measured. To me that says it doesn't exist.
