Hi Andrew! I bought my copy of the notes at <http://www.bn.com>www.bn.com -
from one of their
associated dealers. Barnes and Noble doesn't have it in stock either, but
they can put you in touch with a used book dealer that has it - the price
being in the range of $50-168 dollars. I think I paid about $70 for mine...
go to the website and click "Out of Print" at the top. Unfortunately, they
don't have the TCBOR guide, however. It is a great book, and I am glad you
are interested in buying it - I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

Does anyone know of a reliable online source to get a copy of the Colorado
Springs Notes as well as the TCBOR's Guide to the Colorado Springs Notes.
Amazon.com has them under their "on order" list. Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks,
Andrew
