seems, they were about 12-14", now only about 6-11". Does the 3KV make that
much of a difference?"
	Wonder if you were operating above the 15 kV with the 15KV 60 MA Neon
due to resonant voltage rise, and that when you went to the 12KV 120MA Neon
the voltage was actually lower because of the lower inductive reactance?
What size capacitor are you using?
