If it's CA, then nitromethane dissolves it quite nicely.  It's sold in small
bottles as CyanoAcrylate debonder, but also available in gallon bottles as
model airplane glow plug engine fuel, or from racing fuels distributors (VP
Racing, etc.).  If you know anyone who's into drag racing (cars or bikes),
you can probably get a little bit without much trouble.
