Be sure to keep the window screen approx 80% of total belt width.  You don't
want most of the charge to "leak" around the edges of the belt to the
grounded pulley if the screen is too wide.  Set up your VDGRF in a totally
dark room, allow 5-6 min for your eyes to adjust, and then run it.  You can
see if you have a nice even corona glow across the belt or if the charge is
just leaking off each edge.  Be sure to hook at ground wire to the top so a
spark doesn't hit you in your head while doing this.  To a large VDGRF
terminal the rounded human head resembles a very nice terminal!
