At http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3851753729 is a 69
kv distribution transformer minus the insulators and possibly the oil
for $500 plus one fantastic shipping bill. If one could get two complete
units, they can be seried for 138 kv. But as Jim Lux wrote in another
posting, where would one get the operating power. The 120/240 buses look
very substantial. I wonder how many amperes it would take to energize
the core? Well look on and dream.
